I'm so proud of myself to be able to finish making a fanmade video considering that I'm really busy these days, chos! But really, so many assignments, exams, reports, thesis, seminars. So yeah, I did find time and made this video because I'm so loving Reply 1994 right now. Seriously, after watching E12, I think this show is gonna be on my list of favorites, heh.
I used The Click 5's Don't Let Me Go because the instrumental has drum beats and so it was easier to hear and match the transition with that every beat (though I think I've overdone the whole beat syncing). I didn't know this song until my brother started downloading his songs (mostly rock, ugh my poor eardrums) on my phone and so I've accidentally heard it and liked it since then. I think it took me one whole day in editing this because I needed to be meticulous in choosing and cutting each clip in order to get each facial expression right and proper to the song. I tried to make use of the zooming in and out as it makes the video more alive and in sync but I think I still got lots of practice to do, ha!
I tried to be fair among all the characters in this video because I like each of them, unfortunately, I wasn't able to achieve that. When I was halfway through, I decided to just feature Trash-Chilbong-Haetae scenes instead, as these three men are now the only choices left to be Na Jeong's husband. I had to delete Samcheonpo-Yoo Jin scenes and put only few of Binggrae-Trash scenes. I originally planned to put some voice clips of my memorable lines in the show also, but I totally forgot.
So far, show is really daebak. It's so touching, nostalgic, heart-tugging and ugh, so many feels! I'm so grateful they made a show like this. The show is totally worthy of its high ratings!
